Booking Policies

Reservation Policy
- Advance booking is recommended (24-48 hours minimum)
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation
- Final payment is due upon completion of service
- All major credit cards accepted
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before service
- 50% fee for cancellations less than 24 hours before service
- 100% fee for no-shows
- Special event cancellations may have different policies
Airport Pickup Policy
- Flight tracking included for all airport pickups
- 30-minute complimentary wait time for domestic flights
- 60-minute complimentary wait time for international flights
- Additional wait time charged at hourly rate
Service Policy
- Minimum 2-hour booking for all services
- Overtime charged in 30-minute increments
- 20% gratuity added to all bookings
- Tolls, parking, and permits are additional
