Cancellation Policy

Our detailed cancellation policy for all transportation services.

Standard Cancellation Policy

At Diamond Moon Luxury Transportation, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our fleet and chauffeur scheduling effectively. Please review our policy carefully at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable.

Standard Reservations

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of deposit
  • Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is non-refundable
  • No-show: Full charge for the reserved service

Special Events

For weddings, proms, major sporting events, concerts, and other special events, the following policy applies:

  • More than 7 days notice: Full refund of deposit
  • 3-7 days notice: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Less than 3 days notice: Deposit is non-refundable
  • No-show: Full charge for the reserved service

Group Transportation

For group transportation services (Sprinter vans, party buses, or multiple vehicles):

  • More than 14 days notice: Full refund of deposit
  • 7-14 days notice: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is non-refundable
  • No-show: Full charge for the reserved service

Holiday Periods

For services booked during major holidays (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day):

  • More than 7 days notice: Full refund of deposit
  • Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is non-refundable
  • No-show: Full charge for the reserved service

Modification Policy

We understand that your plans may change and are happy to accommodate modifications to your reservation when possible:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Modifications are subject to availability with no additional fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Service extensions: If you wish to extend your service during the trip, this will be accommodated if the vehicle and chauffeur are available, and will be billed at our standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments

Force Majeure

Diamond Moon Luxury Transportation will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of government, acts of terror, or other events beyond our control.

In the event of a force majeure situation preventing us from providing service, we will work with you to reschedule your service or provide a full refund of your deposit.

Please include your name, reservation date, and confirmation number (if available) when contacting us.

Refund Processing

When a refund is due according to our cancellation policy, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
