1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Diamond Moon Luxury Transportation. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.
2. Service Description
Diamond Moon Luxury Transportation provides premium transportation services including but not limited to airport transfers, hourly chauffeured services, corporate travel, special event transportation, and private security services. Our fleet includes luxury vehicles such as Cadillac Escalades, Chevrolet Suburbans, Mercedes Sprinter vans, and luxury party buses.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Diamond Moon.
3.2. A deposit is required to confirm and secure your reservation. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.
3.3. The balance payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.4. By making a reservation, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3.5. Diamond Moon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
4.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable.
4.3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.
4.4. Special events, peak times, and group bookings may have different cancellation policies, which will be specified at the time of booking.
5. Service Modifications
5.1. Requests for modifications to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
5.2. Changes made within 24 hours of service may incur additional charges.
5.3. Diamond Moon reserves the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher quality in the event of mechanical failure, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Service Rates and Charges
6.1. All rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
6.2. Rates do not include gratuity for the chauffeur, which is typically 20% of the base fare.
6.3. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, airport fees, and permits.
6.4. Overtime charges will apply if the service extends beyond the scheduled time and will be billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate.
6.5. A cleaning fee may be assessed if excessive cleaning is required due to passenger actions.
7. Passenger Conduct
7.1. Passengers agree to comply with all laws and regulations while using our services.
7.2. Diamond Moon has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use and underage drinking.
7.3. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. A cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.
7.4. Diamond Moon reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1. Diamond Moon maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage as required by law.
8.2. Diamond Moon is not responsible for items left in vehicles. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items but cannot guarantee their recovery.
8.3. Diamond Moon is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or mechanical failures.
8.4. Passengers assume all risk of personal injury and damage to personal property while using our services, except in cases of gross negligence by Diamond Moon or its employees.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Diamond Moon website and mobile application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Diamond Moon and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Modifications to Terms
Diamond Moon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
